Job Description
• Lead end-to-end delivery of major ERP re-implementation programs and related integrations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Direct large, cross-functional and multi-institutional project teams.
• Partner with functional, technical, and vendor stakeholders to meet current and future business needs.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve complex technical and organizational risks and dependencies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other project managers and leads

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise application projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of at least one organization-wide ERP implementation.
• Expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with ERP/HCM platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in higher education or healthcare environments.
• Strong executive-level communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, or hosting-related initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of data, reporting, and enterprise systems architecture.
