Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in San Francisco, California
Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient entry of data to support invoicing processes and overall operational workflows. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, onsite environment and is comfortable working closely with team members.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data into the Sage Intacct system for invoice creation and processing.
• Review and replicate manual invoices into digital formats using provided tools.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure seamless data entry and invoice validation.
• Utilize tools such as Autodesk and Timberscan to support procurement and coding processes.
• Identify and correct errors in data entry to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Support the clean-up and optimization of current invoicing processes.
• Work closely with the controller and AP/AR staff on daily data entry tasks.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Handle large volumes of numeric and textual data efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to data entry and system usage. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
• Skilled in handling numeric and textual data with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work closely with team members.
• Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets for manual invoice processing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
