Description We are looking for a motivated and analytical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will engage directly with business owners, identifying patterns across interactions to inform AI training and product development. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our systems, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake conversations with business owners to gather accurate and actionable information.
• Analyze patterns from conversations to identify critical insights and recurring edge cases.
• Classify and label AI training data to ensure engineers can address anomalies effectively.
• Review and refine rules engine logic, ensuring systems handle real-world variations accurately.
• Perform quality assurance on AI-handled calls, identifying gaps and providing feedback to improve performance.
• Document findings and create structured training materials and playbooks to support team scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize automation opportunities and refine processes.
• Provide recommendations that influence product decisions based on firsthand insights. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on high call volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Familiarity with tagging, labeling, or classifying data for AI training or similar applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse business owners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Interest in AI systems and their development processes.
