What will your day-to-day be like?
Preparing customs declarations in TARIC (import, export and transit).
Requesting and reviewing the required documentation (customs and para-customs).
Preparing, coordinating and attending inspections (customs and para-customs).
Handling and managing customs-related incidents, in collaboration with other company departments (air and ocean).
Managing and controlling the invoicing of customs-related concepts and services.
Advising clients (importers and exporters) on customs matters.

What do we expect from you?
Required qualification: High School Diploma or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training (Training in International Trade will be an asset).
Previous experience in a customs department will be valued.
Experience with TARIC TDua and CargoWise CW1 will be valued.
Intermediate level of English.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in office software.
Ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy.
Ability to work under pressure while setting priorities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Sense of responsibility and integrity.
Customs Representative certification will be valued.
Availability to work from 09:00 to 17:30.
