ManpowerGroup Production Operator in San Fernando, California
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: San Fernando, CA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 0600 - 1830
What's the Job?
Perform manual duties related to the pickup and transportation of products and raw materials within the facility.
Assist compounding operators by loading ingredients into machines and supporting production flow.
Inspect, polish, and package products to meet quality standards.
Clean equipment and facilities to ensure sanitary conditions are maintained.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, cleaning schedules, and transportation logs.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Forklift certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
No prior experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
