Job Title: Systems Integration and Test Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer for Integration and Test (SEIT) who will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and testing of networked communication systems. This full-time, salaried position offers the opportunity to work on revolutionary and nationally relevant systems.
Responsibilities
Integrate and test RF and network devices.
Update existing and build new mission plans for tactical radios.
Execute test cards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans and procedures.
Develop configurations to support tests and prototypes of developing systems.
Create troubleshooting procedures and work-around documentation.
Conduct systems and sub-systems testing.
Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, test, and network documents.
Install and configure Windows/Linux servers.
Set up and maintain DNS/Exchange/Active Directory.
Maintain virtual environments.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain network gear, including switches, servers, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network-related problems.
Capture and deploy system images.
Essential Skills
Experience with electrical engineering and RF.
Proficiency in test engineering and RF engineering.
Skills in integration testing and networking.
Strong systems integration experience.
Working knowledge of network security devices (e.g., firewall, NGFW, IPS, IDS).
Familiarity with event management systems (e.g., ISE, Splunk, SolarWinds).
Tactical Data Link familiarity (e.g., CDL, TTNT, L-16).
Live field testing experience with military communication systems.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows.
High-level understanding of automation and implementation.
US Citizenship required with an active Interim Secret clearance and ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Automation, scripting, or development experience in Python or JavaScript.
Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments.
Experience developing scripts in Ansible.
Demonstrated knowledge in using various testing methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Experience logging results using solutions like JIRA and Confluence.
Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
