We are seeking an exceptional and highly-motivated Software Engineer to build tools that process and manage data from a wide range of computer vision systems. The data is collected from studies powering products developed from machine learning and AIML.

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of tools across the entire stack of our data processing solutions for training computer vision systems. Your responsibilities will encompass both internal front-end platforms and automated backend processing components. You will plan and implement deep learning data infrastructure using distributed systems design and principles. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot the performance of critical cloud computing platforms. You will provide the data foundation for a highly collaborative team of hardware, product, and deep learning experts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field

  • Proficiency in Python programming

  • Experience in database design and operation

  • Experience implementing solutions within the AWS ecosystem

  • Experience in writing API interfaces in GraphQL or REST

  • Experience in implementing web-based front-end user interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing Django full-stack solutions

  • Proficiency in front-end application development using frameworks such as React, Vue, and Bootstrap

  • UI/UX excellence: ability to design and implement clean, functional, and effective user interfaces

  • AI coding assistant proficiency: experience leveraging AI coding assistants to enhance development productivity

  • AI/ML Framework Experience: experience with AI/ML frameworks, models, and tools such as Claude, Roo Code, Ollama, PyTorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV, and FFmpegExperience in utilizing database technologies such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL

  • Knowledge or experience in machine learning development

  • Data collection and annotation experience: familiarity with data collection and annotation platforms

  • Effective communication skills: the ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences

  • Passion for disciplined coding practices and standards: a strong commitment to adhering to coding standards and documentation guidelines

  • Collaborative teamwork: proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on common projects

  • Customer and user experience focus: a dedication to delivering exceptional customer and user experiences

  • Proficiency in using source control systems such as GitHub

  • Experience in deployment tools and platforms such as Kubernetes, Argo, or Docker

  • Experience in monitoring and error tracking tools such as Sentry, Grafana, or Splunk
