Insight Global Secret Program Manager in San Diego, California
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a program manager to support a large government customer. This person will be the primary point of contract for all matters under the contract. This person will be responsible for leading delivery of a service based cybersecurity contract.
Responsibilities will include:
· Oversee performance against SLAs, KPIs, and mission objectives.
· Manage contract cost, schedule, and performance in accordance with contract requirements.
· Oversee staffing levels, labor allocations, and financial forecasting.
· Track funding burn rates and ensure adherence to contract ceilings.
· Oversee performance management, staffing decisions, workforce development, and succession planning.
· Strengthen customer relationships through consistent engagement and performance delivery.

Skills and Requirements
Active Secret Clearance or higher
PMP Certification Highly Preferred
Bachelors Degree (YOE can be subbed)
10+ Years of experience in a leadership position
8+ Years of Program Management experience
7+ Years of experience overseeing an Information technology program
