Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school setting. If you love working with kids and want a stable, meaningful role during school hours, this is an excellent opportunity.
Position Overview
As a School-Based RBT, you’ll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral support services. You’ll help implement behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and collaborate with school staff to create a positive learning environment.
Pay Rate
$26-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in a classroom or school environment
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a supportive environment
Minimum Requirements
Active RBT certification
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
Ability to follow behavior plans and work under clinical supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
