About the Company
Robert Half is partnering with a reputable commercial real estate firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to support property management operations across a dynamic portfolio of commercial assets. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Position Overview
The Property Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional tenant service. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting financial processes, and coordinating property-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Property Managers
Serve as a primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and internal departments
Maintain tenant files, lease documentation, and property records
Track critical lease dates, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking
Prepare monthly reports, variance reports, and owner statements
Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements
Manage work order systems and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
Support budgeting and reconciliation processes
Assist with special projects and property inspections as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or administrative support
Strong understanding of lease administration and property operations preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required); experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a multi-property portfolio
Familiarity with CAM reconciliations and budgeting processes
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required)
