About the Company

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable commercial real estate firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to support property management operations across a dynamic portfolio of commercial assets. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Position Overview

The Property Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional tenant service. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting financial processes, and coordinating property-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Property Managers

  • Serve as a primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and internal departments

  • Maintain tenant files, lease documentation, and property records

  • Track critical lease dates, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation

  • Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking

  • Prepare monthly reports, variance reports, and owner statements

  • Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements

  • Manage work order systems and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests

  • Support budgeting and reconciliation processes

  • Assist with special projects and property inspections as needed

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or administrative support

  • Strong understanding of lease administration and property operations preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required); experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a multi-property portfolio

  • Familiarity with CAM reconciliations and budgeting processes

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required)
