We are seeking a highly capable, intellectually curious, and technologically proficient Project Manager to support the Vice President and Directors in leading strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the Medical Practice Foundation. This role is critical to advancing organizational priorities and supporting a high-performing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
This position blends project management and administrative leadership support, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will proactively drive initiatives forward, track progress against goals, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, thinks both critically and strategically, and serves as a trusted partner to leaders—helping keep priorities aligned and initiatives moving efficiently toward completion.
Collaboration & Environment
The individual in this role will join a collaborative, mission-driven team and work closely with a wide range of departments across the hospital system. These partnerships include, but are not limited to, inpatient services, care navigation, customer service, patient experience, and clinical information systems. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for applying healthcare management strategies and methodologies to plan, design, and facilitate implementation of operational projects, performance improvement initiatives, data tracking support and analytical tools development to support ambulatory divisions, service lines, and enterprise-wide priorities. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring performance gaps, project issues, risks and impact, deliverables and preparing status reports, charts, graphs, executive summaries and presentations for MPF leadership and clinic teams, other internal stakeholders, as well as external organizations. Applying proven methods in performance improvement, metrics and benchmarks, and business analytics, the Project Manager conducts data analysis including cost-benefit analysis, translates data into actionable information to help drive decisions, and prepares executive level briefs and presentations using data and outcomes measures to meet goals in access, patient experience, physician engagement, optimization of clinic practice, employee engagement and stewardship. Responsible for managing multiple independent and interrelated projects simultaneously with little direction or supervision. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
1 Year of Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional project management and analytical skills
Works collaboratively and effectively with a variety of stakeholders (i.e. medical staff, executive
leadership, managers, staff, and affiliated facilities)
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
3 Years of Experience
Master’s Degree in Health Administration or Business and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University
The current salary range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28
