We have an exciting opportunity for Project Control Analyst III to join the Business Operations team supporting the Energy Group. With general direction, this position will manage financial and business processes for reporting on internal or external customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Cycle Management
Coordinate and manage the quarterly revenue cycle from initiation through completion
Track milestones and deliverables throughout the revenue cycle process
Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve issues
Maintain documentation and reporting on revenue cycle status and metrics
Financial Analysis
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of departmental and organizational budgets
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on financial results and forecasts
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with analysis and reporting
Intercompany Work Authorization Management
Serve as the point of contact for all Intercompany Work Authorizations (IWAs)
Manage the IWA process from request through approval and execution
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for intercompany transactions
Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for IWAs
Provide guidance and support to internal customers on IWA requirements and processes
Proposal Support
Develop and edit non-technical sections of proposals and provide support to technical authors in maintaining compliance with requirements
Participate in cost and contractual input processes to ensure proposals are well-written, meet RFP requirements, and adhere to Company standards
Support the preparation of pre-proposal and proposal-related submissions, including Requests for Information (RFIs), and provide recommendations on proposal layout and structure

Job Qualifications:
Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, along with six or more years of related experience. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
