a Pharmaceutical company based on San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join their Commercial PM team. They will be responsible for helping to source, select, and implement LMS systems for the enterprise. The ideal comes from a background within the pharmaceutical/life science industry and has proven experience supporting technical projects for commercial organizations.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in computer science, IT or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in technical project management experience specific to IT Systems upgrades, enhancements, or implementations
Previous experience with LMS platform selection and implementation OR expertise is LMS support and decision making process
Experience with LMS content creation tools and content delivery
Proven experience acting as a liaison between 3rd party vendors and internal leadership/stakeholders
Background in data analytics or previous experience creating reports for stakeholders/leaders to make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, or relevant Enterprise Level IT Business Systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Veeva Vault - Experience working in the Pharma/Life Science industry with experience and understanding FDA regulations and validated systems
