Our client is a reputable organization seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive experiences
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback
Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve customer concerns
Assist with order processing, returns, and account management
Stay informed about products, services, and company policies
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
Friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude
