Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and clients. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem solving, and providing outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Address customer complaints and provide information regarding products or services.
Document and track customer interactions following established protocols.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
