Description
Our company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.
Resolve customer issues and provide information about products and services.
Document interactions and follow established procedures for escalating concerns.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to service standards at all times.
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Assist in identifying process improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
