Job Description
As a Controller, you play a central role in safeguarding the financial health, compliance, and long‑term stability of our organization. You serve as a strategic partner to leadership—guiding financial decisions, forecasting future performance, and ensuring our operations follow strong financial and information‑system controls. Your work ensures accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence in every part of the organization.
What you’ll do
Lead and oversee the preparation of timely, accurate financial statements and regulatory reports.
Ensure accounting operations follow generally accepted accounting principles and corporate policies.
Maintain strong internal controls to protect assets and uphold organizational integrity.
Direct budgeting processes, forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Oversee accounting systems, evaluating and improving financial and information systems.
Develop and manage departmental budgets to support efficient business operations.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial and operational objectives.
What you need
Skills & Abilities
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Leadership skills with experience managing teams
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to varied audiences
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – required
5–10 years of relevant accounting or finance experience – preferred

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
