Aerotek Composite Technician I (Entry Level) in San Diego, California
Assembler / Mechanical Technician
Does not require work experience but must be mechanically inclined and familiar with tools
Pay & Shifts
1st Shift: $21.64/hr
2nd Shift: $22.64/hr
What You’ll Do
Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
Follow written instructions, drawings, and work steps
Drill, trim, fasten, and fit parts together accurately
Perform basic inspections and quality checks
Use basic computer systems for documentation and tracking
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
✅ Mechanically inclined
✅ Experience using hand tools and power tools
✅ Ability to read and write in English
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Choice of 1st or 2nd shift
✅ Willing to learn — training provided

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $22.64/hr.
