Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a customer-focused and bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service Representative to join their team. Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers. This individual will handle inbound and outbound communication, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in both Spanish and English

  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Process orders, updates, payments, or service requests accurately

  • Document customer interactions in CRM or internal systems

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs

  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal required)

  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage high call or inquiry volume

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment

  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, or corporate support settings

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
