Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent. 2+ years of relevant experience as counsel at a law firm or in-house. Active bar license to practice law in the state or jurisdiction where the employee will be practicing (or ability to obtain upon hiring).

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized, top-tier ABA-accredited law school.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience as counsel at a top tier law firm or in house.
• Experience with technology-based commercial transactions.
• Intellectual property background and experience.
• Can work independently, but collaboratively.
• Self-starter who is intellectually curious and has a desire to learn.

General Responsibilities:

• Contract drafting, negotiations, support and management.
• Merger and Acquisition due diligence support.
• Litigation support.
• Support business client with respect to safety, security and regulatory matters.
• Enable emerging businesses while mitigating risk.
• Support team members on various projects.
• Team mentality where we win and lose together and no task is too big or too small.

Pay range

$139,200.00 - $208,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
