Sigma Defense is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the UCA C4I IPT by leading financial planning, execution, and oversight for MQ‑25 C4I integration and sustainment. The role provides critical financial insight to ensure resources align with program priorities, schedules, and acquisition objectives.
Working at the intersection of program management, financial execution, and acquisition coordination, this position delivers accurate forecasting, disciplined budget management, and clear reporting across multiple SYSCOMs and program offices. This role offers direct exposure to IPT‑level decision‑making and serves as a strong developmental path toward future Program Management roles.

Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ certification).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
Previous experience supporting project control at NIWC is preferred.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Familiarity with DoD/Navy financial processes and tools (e.g., CSPT).
Ability to operate across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
Clear and effective communication (written and verbal).
High level of ownership and attention to detail.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Project Management, or related field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Financial Planning & Budget Strategy
Maintain and update multi‑year cost models and spend plans for PMA‑268 and PMW‑160.
Translate program requirements into executable financial plans and ensure accurate CSPT entries.
Financial Execution & Performance
Track multi‑year execution, burn rates, obligations, and expenditures.
Identify execution risks/opportunities and forecast carryover.
Manage reimbursable funding and develop reserve projections.
Program Integration & Coordination
Serve as primary financial coordination point across PMA/PMW stakeholders and NIWC.
Align funding actions with contracting and procurement timelines.
Ensure financial consistency across funding sources, contracts, and executing activities.
Reporting & Decision Support
Prepare and deliver executive‑level financial briefings (Program Reviews, PPBR, HR/HV).
Provide clear financial status updates, risks, and recommendations.
Support quarterly financial reconciliations and represent the IPT in financial discussions.
Administrative & IPT Support
Support COR administrative requirements (CAC, SAAR‑N).
Coordinate with IPT leads to align financial and technical planning.
Recommend process improvements to enhance financial tracking and reporting.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
