As a Policy and Enforcement Manager, you'll have a strong product focus. You will become a T&S enforcement and operations expert for all new and existing product launches on YouTube. As part of your core work, you will design and implement enforcement and operations workflows to support new product/feature launches, monitor KPIs for your product portfolio, and provide timely and clear communications across the YouTube T&S organization. With your deep expertise of new and existing products, you will also provide key insights and recommendations as part of the cross-product safety (XPS) risk assessment program. This program is designed to aid and assist in the design and implementation of trust and safety protections for all new and existing product/feature launches.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across T&S product, engineering, business analytics, vendor operations, and YouTube feature teams to ensure products on YouTube can launch in a safe and trusted manner.
Be responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations as part of the XPS risk assessment program to ensure holistic and appropriate protections for any new product launches.
Manage metrics/KPIs for enforcement and operations across your product portfolio.
Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
