Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Transition RN Fellowship at Community Hospital prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. O ur next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin August 3rd, 2026. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care experience to be eligible for this program . Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. Application period is open March 1st 2026 and will closed when a sufficient number of applicants have been received.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
Registered Nurse with current CA License in good standing
American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
American Heart Association - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(14) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.

Pay Range
$54.06 - $70.55 /hour
