Description
We are seeking a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager for our San Bernardino, California office. This person will potentially perform work in multiple market sectors to potentially include municipal, educational, medical, federal, and other private market project types. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with new clients, developing business relationships, and investing their time in mentoring the team. We emphasize customer service and are seeking someone who takes pride in their ability to interact and communicate effectively with all parties involved. • Project Management: Running point on proposals for your clients and contributing to proposals for secondary markets • Overseeing some projects as a primary point of contact for the client • Engaging with clients and leading project team on projects from kick-off to completion of construction. • Formulate a cohesive design solution within scheduled timelines and project budget. • Client Development: Developing client relationships through quality of service and project delivery • Engage new clients and industry events to develop new business opportunities • Team Development: Direct supervisor to the assigned design team • Mentoring and training for your team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
- Health Insurance: 100% coverage for the employee. You can add dependents at your own cost. - Dental Insurance: 100% coverage for both the employee and family. - Life Insurance: $25,000 coverage provided. Additional coverage available at your cost. - Sick Leave: 5 days annually, non-cumulative. - Vacation: 80 hours annually, renewed on your anniversary date. - 401(k) Retirement Account: contributes 3% of your salary. - Bonuses: Offered based on company performance. Bonuses have been given every year except during the 2009 recession and 2020 due to shutdowns. - Holiday Closure: Office closes between Christmas and New Year's, providing about one additional week of paid vacation. - Team Building Activities: Includes whale watching tours, company baseball games, end-of-year dinner parties, go-kart racing, and more. - Education and Development: 100% coverage for external education, certifications, and other training. - Travel Reimbursement: Monthly reimbursement for Project Managers, depending on the amount of travel. - Benefit Probation Period: After an 80-day benefit probation period, the 401(k) retirement account contributions begin.
