This is a seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities:
Are you ready to shape the first impression of our Guest’s experience? We are looking for people who are prideful in their work, and want to make a difference. Being a part of the early morning crew, is a fast-paced opportunity where you get to tackle duties that can not be done while in operation, such as park wash down, and parking lot clean up, etc. If this sounds like an opportunity for you please apply!
Normally working a shift between the hours 5 am and 2 pm.
Provide a clean environment Guests and Team Members
Wash down and power washing of the Park’s Midways and venues
Use, clean and maintain trash receptacle areas
Detail clean and stock restrooms
Remove trash from the trashcans/barrels and dispose of properly
Clean out the landscaping areas and patio locations
Use a parking lot sweeper
Perform all general and specific park operating cleaning duties as specified
Comply with all Six Flags and Department Safety policies and procedures
May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
Qualifications:
Available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday
Must be at least 18 years of age due to the operation of heavy equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent, but not required
Available to work between the hours of 5am- 2pm.
Experience preferred, but not required – Training provided
Must have a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a park driver's license.
Able to communicate effectively - read and comprehend chemical Safety Data Sheets and labels
Able to function with general supervision
Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, pulling and lifting up to 60 lbs. alone or 100 lbs. with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation
Friendly, outgoing personality, and the desire to interact with guests to make their visit special
Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Park Services operations (including but not limited to the ability to be cross-trained and or learn other aspects as required)
Heavy truck driving experience preferred
OTHER NOTES:
All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
