Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment. This role requires expertise in electrical systems, mechanical components, or fluid power, with a preference for candidates skilled in electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair 480v electrical systems on manufacturing equipment.
Utilize mechanical skills to work with pulleys, gears, and belts.
Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics in maintenance tasks.
Work with PLC control systems, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Ladder Logic.
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure equipment efficiency.
Essential Skills
Expertise in 480v electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Mechanical experience involving pulleys, gears, and belts.
Proficiency in PLC and Ladder Logic.
Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Knowledge of conveyors, motors, and automation systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with BVA systems.
Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr.
