Seeking a Lead AI Agent Product Owner for a Full time position.
The Lead AI Agent and Power Platform Product Owner is responsible for shaping and delivering AI-driven and low-code solutions that accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI agents, intelligent automation, and Power Platform capabilities, ensuring responsible AI adoption and meaningful productivity gains for employees through scalable, user‑centric solutions.

Salary: $155,000-$160,000/yr
What’s the Job?
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and continuous delivery of AI and Power Platform solutions that enhance employee experiences and business outcomes.
Lead prioritization and release planning for AI-enabled features, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven insights.
Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to translate enterprise needs into scalable, low-code and automation solutions.
Act as the primary voice of the customer, identifying pain points, aligning stakeholder priorities, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
Champion AI adoption, responsible AI practices, and modern product ways of working across cross-functional and executive teams.
What’s Needed?
Strong product ownership and Agile expertise, including backlog management, roadmap planning, and Scrum-based delivery.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder) and AI-enabled solutions.
Proven ability to design and scale digital products integrating AI, automation, and low-code technologies in enterprise environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of data governance, responsible AI, compliance, and change management in large organizations.
