The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, system integrity, and regulatory compliance within the San Antonio Distribution Center. This role ensures accurate SAP S/4HANA inventory transactions, oversees cycle counts, manages lot traceability, and drives root-cause analysis to eliminate inventory discrepancies.

Job Description:
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday, with flexibility as needed
Work Location: 302 North Tayman, San Antonio, Texas 78211

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73k to $124k Annually with additional bonus potential
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and execute cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
Maintain inventory accuracy within SAP S/4HANA.
Ensure lot traceability and compliance with SQF standards.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to correct inventory issues.
Develop and report inventory KPIs to DC leadership.
Train team members on inventory processes and system compliance.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required.
3–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment.
3–5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience; TRM preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
