Job Summary and Description
Responsible for directing program development, implementation, evaluation and improvement to ensure program objectives are met and sustained.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in related field or combination of education, training and experience that equates to the requireddegree.
- Three years of related experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Masters degree.
- Licenses or certifications in field of study.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to include government officials, donors, foundations, corporate partners, alumni, and community organizations to build partnerships, align priorities, and secure funding in support of strategic initiatives.
- Experience representing an institution externally at events, meetings, and forums while organizing and facilitating stakeholders and institutional committees.
- Experience reporting directly to a President, CEO, or senior executive, including preparation of briefing materials on external relations and partnership development.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
