About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Activity Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support new product and existing product developments within the Supply organization at a country level. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing) for smooth execution.
Set and manage project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
Track dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
Proactively manage scope changes and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related fields.
Proven project management experience (preferably in FMCG).
Experience in multi-functional and multinational project environments.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to coach and train stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project).
SAP knowledge/experience is an advantage.
