We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can turn raw information into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data storytelling, and building clear dashboards that drive action.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, etc.)
- Present findings to leadership in a clear, concise way
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Support automation and process-improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1--3+ years of experience in a data-focused role
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex data into simple insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
