DESCRIPCION GENERICA:
Profesional especializado en la fabricación, mantenimiento, reparación y ajuste de herramientas y dispositivos utilizados en procesos de producción industrial. Cuenta con amplia Experiencia en interpretación de Planos Técnicos, manejo de maquinaria convencional y CNC, así como en el uso de instrumentos de medición de Alta Precisión.
Responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad y óptimo funcionamiento de Equipos y Herramientas, realizando mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo. Colabora estrechamente con áreas de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento para la Mejora Continua de Procesos, Implementación de Modificaciones y Solución de problemas técnicos.
Posee conocimientos sólidos en Materiales, Tratamientos Térmicos, Tolerancias Geométricas y Sistemas de Calidad. Destaca por su capacidad para diagnosticar fallas, trabajar bajo presión.
ACTIVIDADES ESPECÍFICAS:
Realizar los registros correspondientes a las actividades realizadas
Mantener ordenada y limpia su área de trabajo y lugares donde realiza labores de mantenimiento
Preparar, montar y ajustar herramientas, dispositivos y materiales en máquinas CNC y convencionales previo al maquinado.
Programar a pie de máquina o mediante software los procesos CNC (códigos G y M), realizando pruebas y ajustes necesarios.
Ejecutar operaciones de maquinado (torneado, fresado, rectificado, barrenado) conforme a planos y especificaciones técnicas.
Interpretar planos mecánicos, tolerancias dimensionales y geométricas (GD&T) para asegurar la correcta fabricación de piezas.
Realizar ajustes manuales, pulido, ensamble y acabado de herramientas, moldes y troqueles.
Verificar dimensiones críticas durante el proceso mediante instrumentos de medición calibrados.
Fabricar piezas de reemplazo o reparación para herramientas y equipos de producción.
Documentar parámetros de maquinado, ajustes realizados y resultados de inspección.
Gestionar y resguardar herramientas de corte, insertos y consumibles del área de Tool Room.
Cumplir con procedimientos de trazabilidad y control de cambios en componentes fabricados o reparados.
Aplicar procedimientos de seguridad (EPP, LOTO, operación segura de maquinaria).
Mantener el área de trabajo bajo estándares de orden y limpieza (5S).
Colaborar con ingeniería en pruebas, modificaciones y desarrollo de nuevos herramentales.
PERFIL DEL TITULAR DE LA POSICION:
Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica Maquinas y Herramientas o Similar o Ingeniería.
Habilidades:
Operación y programación de maquinaria CNC (Torno, Fresadora, Centros de Maquinado). Ambiente iHMI Doosan Fanuc Series
Programar a pie de máquina o mediante software los procesos CNC (códigos G y M), realizando pruebas y ajustes necesarios.
Manejo de maquinaria convencional (Torno, Fresadora, Rectificadora, Maquina de Soldar Micro alambre, Corte por Plasma, Sierra Cinta con Abertura, Lijadoras de Banda etc.).
Interpretación de planos mecánicos y tolerancias geométricas (GD&T).
Uso de instrumentos de medición de precisión (vernier, micrómetro, comparadores, etc.).
Conocimiento de procesos de maquinado y selección de herramientas de corte.
Ajuste, ensamble y reparación de moldes, troqueles y dispositivos.
Aplicación de metodologías de calidad (inspección, control dimensional, análisis de fallas).
Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento mecánico.
Deseable manejo de software CAD/CAM.
