From hands-on programs to in-house prototyping and regulatory support, were built to move fast and solve real problems in healthcare.In early 2026, were launching the James LeVoy Sorenson Center for Medical Innovation (SCMI) a next-gen facility that will supercharge our ability to build, test, and launch even more breakthrough devices, including a state-of-the-art multi-bay surgery training center. More on that here.The Role Were looking for a skilled surgical technician who can manage and run The ASCENT Lab our surgical training center and manage our CLIP program which provides clinical observation opportunities for industry partners in the U Health hospital system. Youll be responsible for preparing equipment, managing supplies, and coordinating training events with industry partners, and coordinating clinical observations within the hospital.
