Student InternPre-Construction Project ManagerAssist in the initial stages of pre-construction planning and project development. Collaborate with project managers and other internal stakeholders, such as Campus Planning, Construction Management and Engineering, to gather project requirements and understand scope. Support the preparation of basic cost estimates and budget proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Track early project costs, maintaining accurate documentation for financial reporting. Gain experience in evaluating cost effectiveness and contributing to the early phases of project management processes.Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) with up to 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree. Assumes work equivalency (1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience). Students working towards Bachelor's/ undergraduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, engineering, or related degree may apply!
