Overview
The Strategic Planning and Operations Sr Director is responsible for defining, leading, and operationalizing Myriad's longrange strategic planning processes, including multiyear road mapping, crossfunctional strategic alignment, and enterpriselevel decision governance. This role oversees the design and execution of the "Futures Of" strategic planning framework, working across Myriad's business units to ensure inputs, milestones, deliverables, and communication mechanisms are in place to support longterm company strategy.
Responsibility
Strategic Planning Frameworks and LongRange Road mapping:
Establish and manage Myriad's 5year project roadmap planning process, including templates, contributors, and checkin timepoints.
Own ongoing governance and followup of longrange plans, including decision documentation and tracking.
Future Visioning Program Leadership:
Lead and manage companywide strategic assessment cycles for future visioning, ensuring execution rhythm, content readiness, and milestone achievement.
CrossFunctional Leadership and Alignment:
Establish and drive process to align functional team priorities to enterprise strategy and goals.
Facilitate decisionmaking processes requiring negotiation and influence across stakeholder groups including RandD, Operations, Commercial, Business Development, Digital, and Project Management.
Operational Excellence and Strategic Governance:
Establish and maintain planning and evaluation templates, workflows, dashboards, and communication processes.
Prepare executivelevel strategic materials including board updates.
Supporting executive operations and executive leadership team alignment.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
12+ years of increasing responsibility in strategy, planning, project management or consulting roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex crossfunctional initiatives at enterprise scale.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and executivelevel synthesis skills.

Experience in molecular diagnostics, life sciences, drug discovery and development, or digital health.
MBA or advanced scientific degree is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical workflows relevant to laboratory testing.Physical Requirements
