Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)

Job Overview
We are looking for a Skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding) and strong fabrication skills. This role involves working with various metals, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precision in all welding and machining tasks.

Responsibilities
Perform GTAW welding (must be able to demonstrate proficiency)
Fabricate metal components according to technical drawings and specifications
Operate machining equipment as needed to ensure precision and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
Will need own tools for testing
Qualifications
Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate welding equipment and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Familiarity with machining processes (preferred but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
