System One Senior QA Analyst in Salt Lake City, Utah

Title - QA Analyst

Location - Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities -

. Analyze requirements and design test cases in Azure DevOps Test Plans.

. Execute test cases within ADO and update results.

. Perform release and functional & regression testing.

. Execute test plans and test cases.

. Validate end-to-end payment flows including returns, reversals, settlement processing

. Good knowledge on Payments domain – ACH, Wire payments, SWIFT, PEP.

. Create and maintain test cases for enhancement.

. Log, track, and retest defects in ADO.

. Perform data validation across payment systems.

. Work with business and technical teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. 6+ years of QA manual testing experience.

. Payment's domain expertise is mandatory

. Strong experience in MTS (Wires) and PEP+ (ACH).

. Experience using ADO Test Plans for test management.

. Knowledge of ACH, Wires, SWIFT, and payment lifecycle.

. Strong analytical and communication skills.

. Ability to work independently and in team environment.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
