Senior Account Executive
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (or surrounding areas)
A leading financial services firm in Utah is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its growing leadership team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on developing strategic relationships, driving new business growth, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions to business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
The firm provides sophisticated financial strategies across investment management, risk mitigation, retirement planning, and business succession solutions, supported by a collaborative internal advisory team and strong operational infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Drive new client acquisition through your professional network, centers of influence (COIs), and strategic partnerships.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with internal financial professionals to develop customized financial strategies aligned with client objectives.
Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships and expand service offerings.
Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to strengthen brand presence and referral channels.
Who We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, banking, insurance, or related industries.
Proven success in consultative sales and business development.
Strong network of referral sources and professional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decision-makers, and manage sophisticated client relationships.
