Quality Control Inspector - Manufacturing | Salt Lake City,UT
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This role involves performing visual inspections,basic testing,and documenting results to ensure materials and components meet required specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable,comfortable working with small parts and inspection tools,and able to follow written procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and basic mechanical inspections on materials,components,and finished products
- Use inspection tools such as microscopes,calipers,and measuring devices to verify product quality
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation in company systems
- Identify defects and help initiate non-conformance reports when issues are found
- Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow written instructions and read basic technical drawings or procedures
- Basic computer skills for entering and reviewing inspection data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a seated position for extended periods
Pay
$19.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | 6:30 PM 6:30 AM | 12-Hour Rotating Shift
