Constituent Services within ORS is looking to fill one Associate Regional Director (Program Administrator II) position located in the Taylorsville office. THIS VACANCY WILL BE FILLED USING A CAREER MOBILITY and is only open to current ORS Career Service employees.Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position:Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, agency rules, standards, and guidelines, etc. Develop, direct, and evaluate the programs this position supervises Develop, audit, coordinate, and implement policy and procedure changes Oversee written draft responses to records requests, and constituents contacts Works closely with the Attorney General s Office on more complicated records requests Supervise subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload, delegating assignments, training, monitoring, evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions "
