SALT LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE Pilates Reformer Lab Coordinator (PT) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Salt Lake Community College seeks an energetic and dynamic Pilates Reformer Lab Coordinator to expand our newly formed Pilates Reformer Program. This position will work closely with the SLCC Recreation Assistant Director in directing, planning, supervising, and operating the Pilates Reformer Program.
Position requires an energetic, student-centered, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional who has a demonstrated record of conducting, managing, training and developing Pilates Reformer classes, programs and certifications. Supervisory experience with the knowledge of how important student development is in a higher education setting. Must possess the ability to thrive in a student service environment with effective communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
- Administration of all aspects of the Pilates Reformer Program.
- Oversee part time Pilates Reformer Instructors which includes interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling. Coordinate and conduct Pilates Reformer training.
- Develop, organize and carry out Pilates Reformer programs during the academic year including summer sessions.
- Assist with safety training for Pilates Reformer instructors. Evaluate and reinforce safety procedures during staff meetings.
- Coordinate a comprehensive Pilates Reformer schedule
