The Utah Department of CorrectionsReentry and Rehabilitation Division that works with substance use and mental health is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCT) to provide treatment to people on probation and parole at the Central Valley Treatment Resource Center 3888 W 5400 S Taylorsville, UT.Job Description:Join our team to help improve lives and create a safer Utah. As a licensed clinicaltherapist with the department of corrections you will provide group and individualtherapy to individuals under the supervision of the Department of Corrections in oursubstance use treatment program. Treatment is evidence based and shown to beeffective with a criminal justice population. You also practice through a trauma informedand gender responsive lens. Typical duties include assessments, documentation ofclient interactions, and treatment and discharge planning. This is a full time position with state employee benefits. Individuals with 0-4 years of licensure as a mental health professional, the hourlyrate will be $34.75 Individuals with 5-9 years of licensure as a mental health professional, the hourlyrate will be $38.23 Individuals with 10+ years of licensure as a mental health professional, the hourlyrate will be $39.96 Individuals with a provisional license as a mental health professional, the hourlyrate will be $32.28.Candidates for this Position Must Have: A Master s Degree in a clinical mental health field i.e. social work, clinical mentalhealth counseling, marriage and family therapy.
