Job Summary

Provide support to the Technical Services Department of the James E. Faust Law Library at the S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Responsibilities

  1. File supplements.

  2. Digital scanning and metadata cataloging.

  3. Assist with mail.

  4. Label and shelve books.

  5. Shift and move books.

  6. Add and edit item records in the catalog.

  7. Remove, process, and recycle materials from the Library (Weeding).

  8. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Six months clerical or customer service experience required or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
