**Head of Facilities Maintenance -- Salt Lake County, UT
Windmill I, LLC seeks a Head of Facilities Maintenance to oversee facilities maintenance operations. **Duties include supervising maintenance staff; coordinating and scheduling preventive maintenance; assigning and prioritizing maintenance tasks; processing maintenance requests; ordering repair parts and maintaining inventory; coordinating vendors and third-party service providers; managing invoices, payments, and purchasing related to maintenance services; maintaining computerized maintenance records; and responding to on-site emergencies as needed. Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in facilities maintenance operations, including supervision of maintenance personnel; coordination with vendors or contractors; preventive maintenance scheduling; inventory control of maintenance materials; and related administrative duties. English and Spanish required. Weekend availability and emergency response required. Worksite: Salt Lake County, Utah. Salary: $83,554 per year (or higher depending on experience).
