Job Duties:
Direct and may participate in the preparation of Indian and Nepalese Himalayan cuisine by seasoning and cooking salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods. Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
Full-time 40 hrs/wk
Minimum Requirements:
High School/GED Required
24 months of experience as a Chef or Head cook
