ManpowerGroup Engineer Technician I in Salt Lake City, Utah

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking an Engineer Technician I to join their team. As an Engineer Technician I, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting the Salt Lake Service Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineer Technician I

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $37.8

Shift: Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

  • Assist with the installation, basic maintenance, and repair of service equipment in the Salt Lake Service Center.

  • Support tracking and organization of equipment identification, including tools, fixtures, and custom equipment.

  • Assist with equipment setup and support Service Engineering with validation activities as directed.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and basic equipment checks under supervision.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma required; an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or metrological concepts is preferred.

  • Developed verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.

  • Organizational and teamwork skills.
