Now Hiring: Early Head Start Teacher

We're looking for a dedicated Early Head Start Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children from birth to age 3 and their families.
What You'll Do
As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll be a vital part of a collaborative classroom team, providing high-quality care and education in a supportive environment. Your role will include:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for infants and toddlers
- Supporting children's development through intentional play and learning activities
- Building strong, respectful relationships with families
- Ensuring the well-being, supervision, and daily care of children in your classroom
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), year-round
- Typical hours: 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits

- $23.21/hour

Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (infant/toddler focus), or Infant Toddler CDA credential
- At least 1 year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development (infant/toddler focus)
- Experience with Early Head Start programs
- Experience working with infants/toddlers, teen mothers, or families experiencing homelessness
- Bilingual skills in languages spoken by the families we serve
