Insight Global Director of Marketing in Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Description

A company in the premium gifting space is looking for a data-driven Director of Marketing to lead all catalog and D2C marketing strategy. This role is not creative and focuses heavily on analytics, forecasting, catalog circulation, and ecommerce growth.

You will oversee all performance metrics, build and execute marketing strategy, and directly influence revenue-driving decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can turn data into actionable outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years in DTC, ecommerce, retail, or catalog marketing

Strong analytical skillset: forecasting, financial modeling, circulation strategy

Proven experience driving CAC, LTV, ROAS, and paid media performance

Ability to convert data into actionable strategy and measurable outcomes

Hands-on channel execution (Google Ads, email, segmentation, retention)

Ability to operate as both strategist and individual contributor

Comfortable in highly seasonal environments

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Local to Salt Lake City (onsite only; no relocation) Catalog marketing experience

Experience partnering with 3rd‑party SEO/SEM vendors

Background in premium consumer goods
