As the Customer Service Representative at tru fru, you will be a key liaison between our organization and our customers - including major retailers, distributors, and internal departments. Sitting within the supply chain function, you will ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric service while helping the business build long-term trust and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
Serve as the frontline contact for customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Own the end-to-end order management and exception process - from order receipt through final delivery and invoicing - ensuring accuracy and timely exception management.
Track and manage service KPIs including fill rate, OTIF, returns, and credits, and lead customer-facing service reviews.
Partner with internal planning, logistics, and transportation teams to resolve service issues and drive continuous improvement.
Use CRM and ERP tools (SAP, Reltio, etc.) to document customer interactions, manage account data, and track customer performance.
Support new product launches, limited time offers, and promotions with accurate order coordination and clear communication.

You have...
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
A solid understanding of the order-to-cash process and supporting systems.
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM tools.
Experience in B2B customer service or supply chain support in a CPG or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Pluses
- An Associate's Degree or 4-6 years of experience.
